- 09:25–09:30: 💧 Drink Break
- 09:30–10:00: 🔥 Anaerobic/Aerobic Fitness, Circuits, Sprints, Bodyweight S&C, HIIT, Bronco
- 10:00–10:05: 🥤 Drink/Snack
- 10:05–10:15: 🎯 Technical Focus (Batting/Bowling/Fielding/Keeping)
